Recruitment Consultant
Role Overview
We are currently a small team building the company from the ground up. This role requires high initiative, ownership, and the ability to work independently across countries. You will play a critical role in building both the client base and talent network while helping establish strong operational foundations.
This is a true 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full cycle from business development to successful placements. We are looking for someone who thrives in a build-from-zero environment, is comfortable creating structure where none exists, and enjoys working across markets with autonomy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and acquire clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from client acquisition to successful candidate placement
Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and advise on market insights
Source, headhunt, and build strong talent pipelines across relevant industries
Manage candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Achieve revenue and placement targets while contributing to the growth of the business
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in 360 recruitment (agency experience preferred)
Proven ability in both business development and candidate delivery
Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
Target driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance based environment
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple searches and clients simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
