Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Build and manage strong relationships with founders, hiring managers, and decision makers
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from client acquisition to successful candidate placement
• Conduct client consultations to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
• Source and headhunt high quality candidates across relevant industries
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Achieve revenue and placement targets while contributing to the growth of Jesson Global

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in 360 recruitment (agency experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability in both business development and candidate delivery
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Target driven, resilient, and motivated by performance based environments
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and clients simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
