Role Overview
At Jesson Global, we are building a recruitment and consulting firm that connects exceptional talent with high-growth companies across Asia.

As an early member of our team, you will play a key role in building the company from the ground up by developing new client relationships and expanding our presence in Singapore and Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow alongside a young and ambitious company.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, is comfortable creating opportunities from scratch, and is motivated by the challenge of building something meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across Singapore and Malaysia
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations with founders and hiring managers
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients after onboarding
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in target-driven environments
• Highly proactive and able to work independently
• Experience in recruitment, consulting, or service industries is a plus
