Role Overview
We are currently a small team building the company from the ground up. This part-time role requires high initiative, ownership, and the ability to work independently across countries. You will play a critical role in establishing strong financial foundations while supporting regional operations.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a build from zero to one environment, is comfortable creating structure where none exists, and can work cross country with agility and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting and monthly closing
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee cash flow management and optimisation
- Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
- Oversee invoicing, AR, AP, and payroll processes
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience in finance or accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Experience handling multi country finance, particularly Singapore and Malaysia
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- High initiative with experience building processes from zero to one
