Role Overview
We are currently a small team building the company from the ground up. This part-time role requires high initiative, ownership, and the ability to work independently across countries. You will play a critical role in establishing strong financial foundations while supporting regional operations.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a build from zero to one environment, is comfortable creating structure where none exists, and can work cross country with agility and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and monthly closing
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee cash flow management and optimisation
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
• Oversee invoicing, AR, AP, and payroll processes
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
• Experience handling multi country finance, particularly Singapore and Malaysia
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• High initiative with experience building processes from zero to one
